(As lame as that sounds, it's true. But it's that kind of vivid nightmare, in which you feel you're not asleep anymore, but then you realize you are, and you can't wake up.
And you feel that you can't breathe because of a pressure over your chest.)... I think it's some kind of epileptic brain paralysis thing.
